International Energy Investments Group Plans to Invest EUR140Million in Other European Solar Power Plants Over Next 9 Months

DUBLIN and LONDON, November 5, 2010 - International Energy Investments Group, the Dublin based company which
invests in the renewable energy sector, has today inaugurated two
ground-mounted solar power plants in France, representing an investment of
EUR15million.

The facility, which is situated in Ferrassières, near Avignon, in the
Rhône-Alpes region, consists of two separate photovoltaic power plants which
have a total nominal output of three megawatts (MWp). Co-developed on the
investment side with another Irish investment group, the power plants have
been developed and built by SOLON Investments, a SOLON SE (Germany)
subsidiary, and can generate enough energy to supply 3,000 people with
electricity each year.

Nearly 14,500 SOLON Blue 230 polycrystalline solar modules have been used
in the construction of the facility, which is located on the site of two
former French army launch pads for intercontinental nuclear ballistic
missiles.

The two plants represent the first stage of an overall acquisition plan
by International Energy Investments Group to invest approximately
EUR140million in European solar power plants over the next 9 months.

Peter McCarthy, CEO of International Energy Investments Group, says: "The
quality of the finished plants and the professionalism employed by SOLON
during the development and construction process have contributed to making
these excellent long term investments. We look forward to developing further
projects with SOLON over the coming year and to realising further excellent
plants in that time."

Stefan Säuberlich, CEO of SOLON SE, says: "These power plant projects are
an excellent demonstration of how photovoltaics can create added value.
Former military sites are now hosting solar power plants that generate
environmentally-friendly energy and reduce CO2 emissions."
