NTT Europe Achieves ISO/IEC 20000 - IT Service Management Certification

announces that all its managed services operations across Europe have been
officially verified by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance
(www.lrqa.com/default.aspx) as being compliant with the ISO/IEC 20000
standard for IT Service Management.
The ISO/IEC 20000 IT Service Management certification
