Rentabiliweb Transfers to NYSE Euronext Compartment B

BRUSSELS, January 19, 2011 - From Monday January 24th, 2011, Rentabiliweb's share (BE0946620946 - BIL)
will be joining NYSE Euronext Compartment B.

Less than one year after its transfer to NYSE Euronext (February 15th,
2010), Rentabiliweb is confirming the success of its stock market development
and the relevance of its strategic plan with this change of compartment.

Compartment B groups together stocks with a market capitalization of
between EUR150 million and EUR1 billion. Under NYSE Euronext regulations, the
benchmark market capitalization is calculated based on the opening share
price over the last 60 trading days of 2010. Over this period, Rentabiliweb's
capitalization came in at over EUR160 million.
