Rentabiliweb Becomes the Official Supplier of the Online Game for the Hit French TV Show "Plus Belle La Vie Games"

BRUSSELS, July 27, 2010 - Rentabiliweb has just won the call for bids sent out by the Lexis
Numerique and TelFrance groups, designers and co-producers of the new
interactive game for the hit French TV series "Plus Belle La Vie" broadcasted
daily on the France 3 television network.

By winning this bid, Rentabiliweb, a specialist in online and offline
audience monetization, becomes the supplier of all payment and micropayment
services for www.plusbellelavie-games.com.

This online series is an inventive and interactive spinoff of the "Plus
Belle La Vie" TV series. Every day, it draws a large audience and is growing
into a true community. The community social portal enables players to buy
"mistrals" (virtual money) which they can use to access the various games and
episodes.

Rentabiliweb took part in this call for bids as part of its overall
strategy, enabling its clients to synchronize their own databases with those
of Rentabiliweb, to benefit from a larger audience with enhanced targeting
and qualification capabilities.

The Group started deploying this strategy with the acquisition of the
www.clicbienetre.com health and shopping portal (see press release
dated 22 June 2010). As regards the acquisition of the "Clic Bien Etre"
health and shopping portal, Rentabiliweb would like to specify that the site
was acquired from Sante Naturelle, a subsidiary of the Yves Rocher Group.
Though Sante Nature is part of the Yves Rocher Group, it is distinct from
Yves Rocher and it works in the specific field of food supplements and not
cosmetics. The site was developed by Sante Naturelle, as part of its food
supplement sales activities, as a virtual magazine dedicated to the topic of
well being in the broad sense and promoted via newsletters sent out to
subscribers. Its specific content targets a population of women distinct from
that of the Yves Rocher shopping portal or the Yves Rocher Group.

These two recent operations - "www.plusbellelavie-games.com" and
"www.clicbienetre.com" - illustrate the soundness of the Rentabiliweb
offer, as shown by the increasing number of clients choosing Rentabiliweb.
The Group will be presenting all of its monetization solutions at the 2010
E-Commerce Exhibition, stand E36. This exhibition will take place at the
"Paris Porte de Versailles" Exhibition Center from September 21st to 23rd
2010
.
