STOCKHOLM, April 7, 2011 - As the website celebrates its fifth birthday, Stardoll today announced it
has reached a major milestone in its development: 100 million people are now
members of what has become the world's largest website for young women and
girls.

Stardoll marked the occasion by offering its members 100 free
StarDollars, 100 million themed items for sale in its StarPlaza - including
tables, lamps, sofas, cushions, sundress, t-shirts and hoodies - and 100
extra days of new annual SuperStar memberships. As a result of this promotion
over the last few days Stardoll reported its highest ever sales figures in
many of its top markets worldwide.

Stardoll is growing at a rate of roughly one million new members every
week. The site is now available in 21 languages; with its largest market the
United States
accounting for around a quarter of its overall user base. Some
additional statistics on Stardoll's growth are below:

- Registered users have doubled over the past year and is now the #1 teen
publisher according to Comscore

- The site has seen over half a billion visits to the StarPlaza

- 215 million individual items have been sold in the StarPlaza in the
past 12 months

- 2.7 million clubs have been created by Stardoll members since its
launch in 2006

"We are pleased to be celebrating this milestone with our members who we
credit as growing the site virally to what it is today, said Mattias Miksche,
CEO of Stardoll. "We continue to listen to them and have many exciting new
products and features planned for this year."

Earlier this year, Stardoll announced a pair of licensing partnerships.
Mattel, which has promoted Barbie Fashionistas and Monster High on Stardoll,
has agreed to launch a Stardoll-branded product line this autumn.

JCPenney has committed to rolling out an exclusive Stardoll brand of
clothing and accessories for back-to-school in 300 stores.
