Wirecard AG Signs up DB Vertrieb GmbH as a Client

Payment Processing and Settlement via Wirecard AG's PCI-Certified Platform

MUNICH, November 4, 2010 - With immediate effect, DB Vertrieb GmbH, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn
(German Rail), will be using Wirecard AG's PCI-certified payment platform to
process and settle payments by credit card for its Online Business Travel
(OBT) portal. The acceptance (Acquiring) agreement to this end was signed
with Wire­card Bank AG, among other service providers.

The range on offer by OBT is addressed especially to SMEs wanting to book
travel by rail, air, hotel accommodation and hired cars at attractive prices
from a single portal. In addition to a convenient booking process, the
solution also extends to include a travel schedule that consolidates all
services booked in a transparent format. This means that time- and
cost-intensive comparisons on several platforms are now a thing of the past.
Clients who make their travel arrangements via OBT also have extended travel
management functions available for setting up travel guidelines, preferred
providers or booking groups.
