GSMA Announces Five New ADCs as Part of App Planet at Mobile World Congress

LONDON, December 20, 2010 - The GSMA today announced that the CEOs of Cisco, Ericsson and Telefonica
are scheduled to deliver keynote presentations at the 2011 GSMA Mobile World
Congress, which will be held 14-17 February, 2011 in Barcelona. The GSMA also
announced five new application developer conferences (ADCs) as part of its
App Planet event at Mobile World Congress.

"The 2011 Mobile World Congress will showcase the breadth of companies
who are placing mobile at the heart of their business strategies," said
Michael O'Hara, chief marketing officer, GSMA. "From our thought-leading
conference programme to the exhibition showcasing the latest technologies,

Keynote sessions at Mobile World Congress focus on the following topics:

In addition to the keynote programme, the Mobile World Congress
conference will feature the Mobile Ad Forum, which addresses the unique

App Planet Forum, which explores opportunities and issues in the mobile
applications space. The conference programme also includes dedicated
conference tracks focusing on areas such as Embedded Mobile, mHealth, Mobile

additional sessions covering a range of topics such as augmented reality,

New ADCs at App Planet Forum

The GSMA today announced that Microsoft, Nokia, the Wholesale
Applications Community (WAC) and Wireless Industry Partnership (WIP) will be
holding ADCs as part of App Planet. App Planet will also include an LTE
forum, with a variety of partner-led sessions.
