CNPV Becomes a Member of PV CYCLE

DONGYING, China and BRUSSELS, May 5, 2010 - CNPV Solar Power SA, a leading integrated manufacturer of solar
photovoltaic products, today announced that it has become a member of PV
CYCLE, as part of its mission to introduce a program to take back and recycle
end-of-life PV Modules.
