LONDON, September 27, 2010 - The 2010 European Frost & Sullivan New Product Innovation Award in
Automotive Telematics is presented to Green Way Systems GmbH for its unique
product -Traffic Safe. As measures to heighten road safety while improving
traffic efficiency increase, the demand for variable message signs (VMS) that
provide reliable information, are portable and easy to install, has grown.
Traffic Safe effectively meets these demands.

"Traffic Safe is innovative because it offers complete solutions of
radars and VMS, in a range of sizes, for rent," notes Frost & Sullivan
Research Analyst Aswin Kumar. "Traffic Safe is safe and easy to install.
Another innovative feature is that the sign boards are self-powered by solar
cells, implying that they can be installed in remote locations."

Multiple technologies underlie the successful functioning of Traffic
Safe. These include the use of GPRS, GSM or other private radio communication
between signal components and the control centre to track the VMS, as well as
roadside radars for vehicle detection, video cameras, barriers, etc.

"Also laudable is the provision of an innovative and self-sufficient
energy source, independent of the mains, through photovoltaics," adds Kumar.
"The self-sufficient power source is a key element in the flexibility of the
installation procedure. Accordingly, Green Way Systems has effectively
leveraged leading edge technology to ensure optimal product functionality."

The value-added features of Traffic Safe include efficient and accurate
road information coupled with corresponding road warning systems.
Conventional features include traffic jam warnings, hazard signaling, black
ice warnings, traffic guidance, diversion recommendations, and general
information. Furthermore, accurate real-time traffic information adds
significant value to this product without compromising production time or
cost.

"The increased customer value of Green Way System's Traffic Safe is the
result of a continuous growth curve and the launch of this technology/service
in a new country every year," remarks Hans-Georg Reicherdt, Managing Director
of Green Way Systems GmbH. "Being the largest company of rented tailor-made
applications in Western Europe, Green Way is able to offer high quality
services at a reasonable price, making it a solid investment choice."

There exists sizeable market potential for Traffic Safe in the European
road safety system. The product has captured over 70 per cent of the market
in the past 6 years, a figure that is bound to expand due to the innovative
and cost-effective features of the product.

Each year, Frost & Sullivan presents this award to a company that has
demonstrated excellence in the following areas: innovative element of the
product, ability to leverage leading edge technologies in product, value
added features/benefits, increased customer ROI and, customer
acquisition/penetration potential.
