Announces New ADCs as Part of App Planet at MWC

LONDON, November 2, 2010 - The GSMA today announced that the CEOs of Intel, Microsoft, Nokia, NTT
DoCoMo, RIM, SoftBank and Yahoo! will be making keynote speeches at Mobile
World Congress, which will be held 14-17 February, 2011 in Barcelona. The
GSMA also provided further details on its conference programme and announced
new ADCs as part of its App Planet event at Mobile World Congress.

"The 2011 Mobile World Congress features an unparalleled lineup of
keynote speakers from companies spanning the full mobile communications
ecosystem," said Michael O'Hara, chief marketing officer, GSMA. "Attendees
will have access to the individuals and organisations who are leading the
mobile transformation, gaining important perspectives and insights on the
future of communications."

Keynote sessions at Mobile World Congress focus on the following topics:

In addition to the keynote programme, the conference will include
breakout sessions exploring a range of areas such as applications, augmented
reality, business strategy, cloud computing, embedded mobile, enterprise
mobility, media and entertainment, mHealth, mobile advertising, the mobile
Internet, mobile money, network capacity, next-generation technologies and
OSS/BSS, among others.

New App Planet ADC Partners, New Exhibitors and Sponsors

The GSMA is again holding its award-winning App Planet at Mobile World
Congress, bringing together the many critical elements of the broad mobile
application ecosystem together in one location. App Planet will feature
several application developer conferences (ADCs) focused specifically on the
most influential mobile platforms in the market.

The GSMA today announced that Samsung, IMGA and Mobile {Dev}Sync will be
holding ADCs as part of App Planet. App Planet will also include ADCs from HP
and RIM, the Macworld Mobile conference, which targets iOS developers, and
the Mobile Cloud Forum, with sessions on mobile cloud computing sponsored by
Cisco, HP, Huawei and NEC.

Congress for the first time, and that Qtel is the Congress Party and Awards
