Heads of State, Leading CEOs, Entrepreneurs and World-Renowned Artists Gather in New York City From September 22-23 for the 2010 Blouin Creative Leadership Summit

NEW YORK, September 20, 2010 - The Louise Blouin Foundation (LBF) is pleased to announce the fifth
annual Blouin Creative Leadership Summit (BCLS), a forum in partnership with
the United Nations Office of Partnerships that engages in dialogue and
exchanges best practices to successfully confront the challenges and
opportunities brought about by globalization over the coming decade.
From September 22 - 23, 2010, 100 international heads of state, global
CEOs, entrepreneurs, scholars, artists and thought-leaders will assemble in
New York to address critical issues of the 21st century surrounding economic
recovery, global governance, environmental reform, foreign policy, education,
health, poverty and development and technology.
"It is essential that our world leaders engage around the urgent issues
facing us - our collective future; our opportunities and challenges, and how
to develop solutions that will ensure a safer, healthier and more prosperous
planet," says Louise Blouin, Founder and Chairman of LBF. "The BCLS is about
acclaimed global leaders discussing, debating and taking action on issues
that effect us all, across borders and cultures."
The 2010 BCLS heads of state include Prime Ministers from the
Netherlands, Mongolia, St. Lucia and the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago;
Presidents of Honduras and the Republic of Namibia; and Minister of Foreign
Affairs of the Republic of Estonia. They will be joined by delegates
