TigerSwan Expands Role in Middle East and Africa

APEX, North Carolina, January 20 - TigerSwan (TSI) announced today it has formed a new strategic partnership
with businessman Alfonso Nocerino in order to expand and support existing
services the company provides throughout the Middle East and Africa. The new
company, TigerSwan Jordan (TSJO), will be based in Amman, Jordan with Mr.
Nocerino as President for Middle East & Africa. TigerSwan Jordan (TSJO) will
provide clients with logistics and comprehensive expertise in areas such as
Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Architectural Design, Engineering and
Construction.

TigerSwan's CEO Jim Reese, and President, Brian Searcy issued a joint
