UBM Global Trade Expands Breakbulk Magazine and Events, Increases Staff

NEWARK, New Jersey, May 18, 2010 - UBM Global Trade today announces several significant investments designed
to enhance its industry-leading Breakbulk franchise, which includes three
global Breakbulk events, Breakbulk Magazine and Breakbulk.com. Key personnel
appointments and product investments, including a newly designed
Breakbulk.com and global distribution of Breakbulk Magazine, will ensure
continued excellence of service to the heavy-lift, project cargo and
traditional breakbulk shipping sectors.

Alli McEntyre, Vice President of Marketing Services for The Journal of
Commerce, has been named Vice President and Publisher of Breakbulk, with
responsibility for guiding the Breakbulk brand across all media, including
events, print and online.

Janet Plume has been named Content Director of Breakbulk, overseeing all
event programming, Breakbulk Magazine and Breakbulk.com content. With
extensive experience covering the breakbulk market, Janet will deliver
expanded analytical and data-rich information and analysis of particular
value to EPCs, project owners, breakbulk commodity shippers and their service
providers. Janet Nodar has been named Editor of Breakbulk Magazine and
Breakbulk.com. She has been a part-time Breakbulk Magazine reporter for the
past four years and will leverage a worldwide network of contacts to develop
industry-leading content in her new, full-time role. In addition, Dana
Brundage
has been hired as Breakbulk Digital Editor.

Rhiannon James has been named Senior Vice President of Marketing
Services, Strategic Advisor for the Breakbulk Europe Conference. She will
oversee all aspects of the Breakbulk Europe event, including exhibition,
conference audience development and on-site logistics.

Julie Wallner has been named Exhibition Sales Manager for Breakbulk
exhibitions worldwide. Julie will oversee all Breakbulk exhibition sales
staff for the Breakbulk events. She will also continue to serve the Americas
as Exhibition Sales Representative. Adrian van Beuningen will join the team
as Breakbulk's Sales Director, Europe selling Breakbulk exhibitions,
