University of St.Gallen Cooperates With PricewaterhouseCoopers AG and Tagetik

Cooperation Between University, PwC and Software Vendor for Performance Management and Business Intelligence

LUCCA, Italy, VIENNA, Italy, ZURICH and MUNICH, December 9, 2010 - Tagetik, a global provider of enterprise software solutions for

project with PwC Switzerland (www.pwc.ch) and theUniversity of St.

The joint project will provide students attending the Masters course
'Consolidated Accounting' - offered by the Institute of Accounting,
Controlling and Auditing of the University of St.Gallen -an outstanding
experience to handle the basics on financial consolidationas well as to apply
the International Reporting and Accounting Standards (IFRS) to actual cases.

The university has decided to add Tagetik 3.0's complete software
solution for Corporate Performance Management (CPM) asa computer-based
self-study program to its current course and PwC will support the higher
education institution in preparing the case studies and building up the
consolidation capabilitieswithin the Tagetik'sapplication. As a result,
students will be able to solve consolidation transaction issues using the
software Tagetik 3.0 startingfromSpring 2011, thus making the course that
much more closer to real life business scenarios.
