LONDON, December 17 - Niscayah has today announced its decision to replace its 335 strong fleet
with new, low emission vehicles, significantly reducing the company's carbon
footprint.

Niscayah, one of the UK's leading integrators of CCTV, access control,
intruder detection and fire alarm systems has a fleet of 335 vehicles in the
UK comprising work vans, estate cars and executive cars that between them
cover some 8.2 million miles each year.

By December 2009, one quarter of the existing vehicles will have been
replaced reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 59 tonnes per year or, put
another way, enough gas to fill 12 hot air balloons*. In 2010 a further 124
vehicles will be replaced, more than doubling the figure.

David Ensum, Nisacayah's Fleet Services Manager said "About 90% of new
vehicles will be acquired from the Vauxhall ECOflex range which boasts the
lowest fuel consumption figures in the Vauxhall line up and carbon dioxide
emissions, on average, 12% less than the cars they replace. The new models
also use more recycled materials and recyclable parts than ever before."

Don Cameron, Country President for Niscayah commented "We run a lot of
vehicles and any improvement in carbon dioxide emissions will have a big
impact. It's just one of a range of measures we are taking under our new
environmental policy to significantly reduce our carbon footprint."
