BOSTON, July 12, 2010 - ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC ("ArcLight"), through its wholly-owned
French affiliate NeoElectra Group S.A.S. ("NEG") sold its French wind
portfolio to Kallista Energy ("Kallista"), a renewable company owned by AXA
Private Equity Infrastructure Funds ("AXA PE"); AXA PE earlier acquired
Kallista from Babcock & Brown on July 31st 2009. NEG's portfolio consisted of
four wind farms totaling 28.5MW in Brittany: the Plouye wind farm was put
into commercial operation in February 2005 and was powered by Neg Micon NM48,
750 kWs, and the Trebry, Lanfains and Le Haut Corlay wind farms began
commercial operation in January 2006 and operated with Vestas NM64C 1.5MW
