DUBAI, UAE, February 16, 2011 - As governments across the MENA region continue to invest in
infrastructure megaprojects designed to meet the requirements of their
increasing populations, the Middle East's tunneling industry is rapidly
expanding. With the Dubai Metro, Sharjah Diftah to Shis highway and Al Salam
Street Project all completed or nearing completion, it is clear that the UAE
is leading the way in this growing industry.

The continued infrastructure investment has present increasing
opportunities for the tunneling industry, but with some of the world's most
aggressive ground conditions, executing projects on time and to budget have
proven to be an incredibly complex business. It is critical, therefore, for
anyone keen to win future contracts to learn from the experience of the UAE
in successfully completing the region's key tunneling projects.

These project will all be featured at the 2nd Annual Tunnels and
Underground Construction Middle East Summit, which takes place between from
the 13 to 16 March 2011 at the Beach Rotana Hotel in Abu Dhabi. The summit is
held under the patronage of the Municipality of Abu Dhabi City and is
supported by the International Tunnelling Association.

Leading speakers at the summit include Engineer Abdulla S. Al Shamsi,
Executive Director of Municipal Infrastructure and Assets, Municipality of
Abu Dhabi City, Dr. Abdulssamie Haimoni, Deputy Director Rail Projects
Construction Department, Rail Agency - RTA, Atta Abd Raboh EI Sherbiny,
Chairman, National Authority for Tunnels, Egypt and Olivier Vion, Executive
Director, International Tunnelling Association.

and solution providers including: McConnell Dowell, Ruud Lighting,
