United States Congressional Candidate Set to Make Historic Announcement from Middle East

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates -
On September 14, Jeremiah Heaton, an Independent Congressional Candidate will formally announce his 2010 candidacy for United States House of Representatives, Virginia’s 9th district.
This will mark the first time in United States history a Congressional Candidate formally announced their candidacy from a foreign country.
Mr. Heaton has chosen the United Arab Emirates, in the heart of the Middle East, as the backdrop for his message to American soldiers and people of the Middle East. The message to soldiers stationed in the Middle East will be reassuring and heartening.
He also seeks to deliver a peaceful message from ‘Main Street America’ to the average citizenry of the Middle East, hoping to open the door for Citizen-to-Citizen diplomacy. This approach defers greatly from the often-maligned Washington D.C. foreign policy of Government-to-Government diplomacy.
As is a believer in the principles set forth the United States Constitution, Mr. Heaton seeks to drive out corporate influence from Washington, D.C. and return Congress to the hands of the people.
The Heaton for Congress campaign will refuse special interest money and run a campaign funded by honest donations, from honest hard working people.
What: Jeremiah Heaton will speak on several topics related to United States foreign policy and future diplomatic relations with the Middle East in the coming years.
